Recipe Notes and FAQ’s

What is Galliano?

Liquore Galliano L’Autentico, more commonly known as Galliano, is a sweet herbal liqueur, produced in 1896 by Italian distillery and brandy maker Arturo Vaccari of Livorno, Tuscany, named after Giuseppe Galliano, an Italian officer of the First Italian-Ethiopian War of the Royal Italian Army.

If this is a frozen drink, why is there no ice?

The drink gets its frozen like texture by using frozen mangoes. The lack of ice helps the drink have more true flavour and less ice means the drink is less watered down! The mixture of cream and blended mango proves to be a smooth creamy taste.

Recipe Note: Chilled Glass

To enjoy a colder drink, try putting your class in the freezer for 10 to 15 minutes prior to use.
