Mango Tango Cocktail Recipe:
- 1/2 medium sized mango (skinned, cubed, and frozen)
- 1 & 1/2 oz white rum
- 3/4 oz Galliano
- 3 oz half and half cream
- 1 slice mango
- In a blender, add the mango cubes, white rum, Galliano, and cream. Blend on high for a few minutes or until there is a consistency with no chunks.
- Pour into a glass (around 8oz glass). Garnish with a slice of mango & enjoy

What is Galliano?Liquore Galliano L’Autentico, more commonly known as Galliano, is a sweet herbal liqueur, produced in 1896 by Italian distillery and brandy maker Arturo Vaccari of Livorno, Tuscany, named after Giuseppe Galliano, an Italian officer of the First Italian-Ethiopian War of the Royal Italian Army.
If this is a frozen drink, why is there no ice?The drink gets its frozen like texture by using frozen mangoes. The lack of ice helps the drink have more true flavour and less ice means the drink is less watered down! The mixture of cream and blended mango proves to be a smooth creamy taste.
