Recipe Notes and FAQs

I can’t find Cherry Heering what elese can I use?

Any cherry liqueur will suffice as a good substitute for the heering, we would recommend kirsch, maraschino liqueur as it has the same bitter taste being made from cherry pits.

What is versa whip?

Versa whip is a cockatil product used to create a foam or froth ontop of the drink, you can find it here. If you dont have versa whip dont worry, it is not a necessity, it is more of a cosmetic to give the drink an elegant look.
